One fee, agreed in writing before we list, with the whole launch included. No surprise invoices for photography or print.
The fee
Our listing fee is set by the team of the sale price, agreed in writing in the listing agreement. A private valuation and the first meeting are free.
Included in every launch
- A walk-through and written pricing advice
- Architectural photography, day and twilight
- A short property film with a vertical cut for phones
- A printed book for qualified buyers
- A private preview before any public launch
- A partner at every showing and inspection
Questions about fees
Is commission negotiable?
Yes. In Washington, commission is set by agreement between you and the brokerage. We put ours in writing before anything else happens.
Do you charge for the film and the printed book?
No. Every launch includes them. If a home is withdrawn, the listing agreement says what happens to costs already spent.
What about the buyer's broker?
How a buyer's broker is paid is something we discuss with you and set out in writing. We explain the options at the first meeting.
