Relocating to the Eastside
Moving here for work or family? We make a few days of visits count, and handle the rest by video.
Most relocating clients have two or three visits before they move. We plan each one: the neighbourhoods to drive, the homes to see and the schools to visit, in the order that makes sense.
Between visits we walk homes for you on video, and tell you honestly what the camera does not show: road noise, the neighbour's addition, the light in winter.
We share school district links and leave the choice to you; we do not tell anyone which neighbourhood suits them.

Questions we are asked
Can we buy without visiting?
Some clients do, with video walk-throughs and an inspection. We will tell you if we think a house needs to be seen in person.
Do you help with renting first?
We can introduce you to a leasing specialist we trust.
Which neighbourhood should we choose?
That is your decision. We describe each one plainly and link the school districts so you can judge for yourself.
