Maren grew up on the island and has walked most of its shoreline. She leads every listing presentation and writes the copy for every launch.

Theo represents buyers and handles negotiation on both sides. He is the one who reads the inspection report twice.

Client care and launch coordination
Ada runs the launch calendar, the shoots and the printer, and is usually the first voice you hear when you call.

How we work
One partner leads each home from the first walk-through to the keys. You will always know who to call, and they will always pick up or call you back the same day.
We say no to homes we do not think we are right for, and we will tell you why.
Our brokerage
Linden & Shore is a team at Brokerage of record, a real estate firm licensed in Washington. All brokerage services are provided through the firm.
