Film, print and the launch
What a seller is really buying is the launch. Here is what we produce for every home we list, and what it is for.
Every listing gets architectural photography, a short film shot in one evening and one morning, and a printed book of the house. Each piece has a job: the photographs stop the scroll, the film lets a buyer imagine living there, the book stays on their kitchen table.
We write the copy ourselves: no stock phrases and no exclamation marks. We name the architect, the materials, the feet of frontage and what the light does in each room.
The launch has a sequence: private preview, then agents, then the public, each a few days apart. You see the full calendar and every asset before it goes out.
What is included
- Architectural photography, twilight and day
- A short property film with a vertical cut for phones
- A printed book, sent to qualified buyers

Questions we are asked
Who owns the photographs and film?
We license them for the sale and supply you a set for your own records. Usage terms are in the listing agreement.
Can we see examples?
Yes. At the first meeting we bring printed books and films from recent launches. On this demo site the listings are samples.
Is the marketing included in the fee?
Yes, as standard. See fees and what is included.
If you are thinking about selling, or would rather hear about a home before it reaches the market, request a private conversation. One of the partners will call you, and nothing goes further than the three of us.
Or call (206) 555-0141. If we miss you, the desk texts you back within a minute so you are not left wondering.
Sorry we missed your call. This is Linden & Shore. Reply with a good time and Maren or Theo will call you back today.
